We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment we ask that you notify us 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment otherwise a $40 cancellation fee maybe asset to if no notice is given or lockouts. We ask that if any of our clients are sick the day you are scheduled for cleaning to notify the office to reschedule. Please do not have us clean if you or your family is sick. Remember you are home because you are contagious.

Yes In the case of an emergency, We have you and your business covered in terms of any unwelcome incidentals. All of our highly skilled team members are fully trained, and use caution on any job we undertake. Additionally, all members of our team are background checked and screened routinely.
Yes we understand that it is important to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home or business. That is why you will always have the same cleaner and if they are unable to make it due to illness or another unpreventable reason will notify you before replacing them.

No, as long as you have a way to let us in there is no reason for you to have to be home. But if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay. Please rest assure that all of our house cleaning employees are trustworthy as they go through a extensive background check.
We always come prepared for any mess there is no need to worry about supplies. But if there is a specific cleaner you would prefer please leave it out for our cleaners and they will gladly use it instead.
We don’t mind pets most clients will lock them in a room or cage as long as their not aggressive there is no need to do that unless you would like to.
We ask that if you have a few moments pick up some of the things around your home and declutter the visible spaces to get the best results. Including picking up toys and clothes of the floor stacking paperwork or mail. We charge per hour so if we spend to long picking up it will take longer to clean your home and in result cost you more.
